This 450 m² property features a spacious, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (ideal for remote work), air conditioning, Smart TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. The villa also offers a private gym and family-friendly comfort throughout. Outside, you’ll find a private pool, large gardens, several terraces, a lounge area, barbecue, and an outdoor toilet next to the jacuzzi for added convenience while enjoying the pool area. For extra privacy, there’s a separate guesthouse with a private bathroom, available for an extra fee.
